Bayside Campground & RV Park Rules and Regulations

WE HOPE THAT YOU AND ALL OF OUR VISITORS ENJOY YOUR STAY WITH US. THESE RULES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A SAFE, COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE WITH US AT BAYSIDE.

  • Please come in and register at the Office prior to occupying your site. If checking in after hours, please come to the office in the morning to check-in. For parties over 6 guests, please have the guests go directly to your designated campsite/s and only have the booking party in the office at one time.

  • Check-out time is 12:00 Noon and Check-in time is 1:00 PM. If you want to extend your stay this must be done in the morning subject to availability. Check-out time must be strictly adhered to.

  • Upon check-out your campsite must be left clean and all garbage disposed of in the dumpster and/or recycle bins. No trash or food items are to be disposed of in the fire pits or washroom trash bins.

  • For guests who go out on fishing excursions, clam digging or prawn trap fishing, please be advised that a valid fishing licence is required. DO NOT put old bait, dead fish or seafood shells in any garbage container or dumpster in Bayside Campground, please dispose of same on the beach. Please respect people’s private property when digging for clams adjacent to Porpoise Bay Park. Please do not leave food or garbage out in your campsite or this will attract animals.

  • A Clean-up/Damage Deposit will be required for groups of over 6 people.

  • Pets are welcome but they must be kept in your tent or RV overnight, leashed at all times and you must pick up after them.

  • We appreciate your cooperation in regard to noise. Treat your neighbours the way you wish to be treated. Public intoxication, profanity or loud noise will not be tolerated. Quiet time is between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Liquor consumption is restricted to your campsite.

  • Cutting, trimming and/or mutilating trees, branches or shrubs IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Do Not hang lanterns in trees or tape, nail, screw or staple ropes, wire or any materials to the trees.

  • Firewood may be purchased in the Office. Campfires must be attended at all times, kept low, contained in fire pits and extinguished after use. Do Not move fire pits. Campfires are subject to Campfires Bans and strictly adhered to.

  • Laundry, shower and washroom facilities are available for your convenience. After use, please keep them clean for the next guest.

  • Two cars are allowed per site unless otherwise organized with the Office. Do Not park on the roadways.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult in the playground.

  • STRICT SPEED LIMIT in the Park. Do Not Go Over 10 Km. Per Hour.

  • Use of Marijuana in the Park is not accepted without proof of it being medically approved.

  • Any disruption of these rules, Bayside Campground reserves the right to evict anyone by giving maximum 24 hours notice to vacate the premises.

  • If you require an Electrical Adapter to plug into your site, these are available at the office and must be secured with a Credit Card and returned to the office on departure or you will be billed the cost of purchase.

  • Propane Fire Pits are available for rental in the Campground. A rental fee for same will be applied along with the propane usage. A deposit must be secured at the office that will be reimbursed upon return of the equipment.

  • WiFi passwords are provided to you upon check-in.

  • We hope you enjoy your stay with us and suggest that you book early to ensure your dates for next year.
